About Baird Construction
A local contractor for remodeling, additions, and trim carpentry, run by the person who quotes and answers for every job.
Built on real trade work.
Baird Construction LLC is owned and run by Don [last name]. [A few sentences on your background: how long you've been in the trades, how you got started, and the kind of work you enjoy most.]
We work with homeowners on projects that range from a single room of new trim to a full kitchen remodel or addition. Every job starts the same way: a walk-through, an honest conversation about what you want, and a written quote before any work begins.
There's no sales team and no handoff. The person who walks your project is the person responsible for getting it done right.
Three things you can count on.
Straight answers
You'll know what the job involves, how long it should take, and what could change it, explained plainly before we start.
Quotes before work
Every project gets a written quote first. If the scope changes, we talk about it and agree on it before it goes on the bill.
A clean finish
The job isn't done until the trim is tight, the caulk is clean, and you've walked through it with us.
Let's talk about your project.
Send a request and we'll set up a time to come take a look.
